The management of even key information is inefficient in our organisations: We spend too long creating or profiling information, none of which end up helping us to find, share or re-use that information later on.

A simple landscaping exercise looking at your content and working processes can identify your duplicate, inefficient or simply missing efforts. I can also help simplify some of the more complex processes that are frequently at the heart of an organisation’s tangles.

Often organisations simply need specific recommendations to help wrest control of their key information back from inefficient or ineffective business processes and systems. But sometimes that’s just treating symptoms rather than the underlying causes. So for some organisations I develop a set of clear and actionable recommendations within a new vision or strategy that will deliver added capabilities and the tangible benefits needed.
